About Us
With a dream of bringing a fresh breath to Ankara’s cultural and artistic scene, Deli Festival is a continuation of our founder Fırat İlhan’s vision—bringing world-renowned musicians such as Elton John, Chick Corea, Al Di Meola, and John McLaughlin to the capital since 2005.
Through the festivals we have organized so far—most notably the widely acclaimed Deli Winter Festival—we have helped create a brand-new musical atmosphere in the city. In 2024, we took this vision a step further by hosting the album launch of Devingen, an ethnic jazz group that fuses traditional folk instruments with modern sounds. This special event, held at the Türkocağı Hall of the State Art and Sculpture Museum, was met with great appreciation by the audience.
Thanks to the efforts of our festival coordination team, Devingen also took the stage at the 39th International Ankara Music Festival this year. Their performance on April 12 at the CSO Historical Hall received high praise from Ankara’s music lovers.
As Deli Festival, we believe in the transformative power of art and remain committed to producing original projects that will carry Ankara onto the world stage.

Devingen Gala Concert
On July 5, 2024, the long-anticipated gala concert of Devingen delivered an unforgettable musical feast on stage. Held in the heart of Ankara at the captivating Türkocağı Hall of the State Art and Sculpture Museum, this evening was far more than an ordinary concert.
With their raw energy, distinctive style, and boundary-pushing performance, Devingen mesmerized the audience. Every note, every moment resonated deeply with the listeners; the atmosphere in the hall was nothing short of electric.
Etched in memory as a legendary night, this concert stands as one of the brightest highlights in both Devingen’s journey and the history of the Deli series.
Deli Winter Festival
In 2017, we hosted an unforgettable winter event: the Deli Winter Festival! Despite the cold weather, music lovers gathered at Armada and kept the energy burning throughout the festival. The stage welcomed some of Turkey’s most beloved artists. With Gazapizm’s powerful lyrics, Burak Yeter’s electronic beats, and Athena’s energetic performances, the tempo never dropped all night long.
Attended by thousands, this festival secured a special place in Ankara’s musical history. The Deli Winter Festival left warm memories in the hearts of everyone involved and continues to be talked about to this day.

JOHN MC LAUGHLIN
FIVE PEACE BAND
In 2008, we brought two giants of the world jazz scene, Chick Corea and John McLaughlin, to Ankara with their groundbreaking project, the Five Peace Band. The concert, held in collaboration with Vokaliz, was a pinnacle of genre-defying jazz and fusion styles.
This legendary performance took place on October 31, 2008, at the Anatolia Show and Congress Center in Ankara. The ensemble on stage was a uniquely distinctive jazz collective:
AL Dİ MEOLA
In 2007, we had the pride of bringing one of the living legends of jazz and flamenco guitar, Al Di Meola, to Ankara in collaboration with Vokaliz.
Globally renowned for his technique and melodic richness, Al Di Meola delivered an unforgettable night for the audience. This mesmerizing performance, blending Latin, flamenco, and jazz tones, took listeners on a musical journey. The special concert held in Ankara was a unique experience not only for Al Di Meola’s fans but for all music lovers.
Filled with the master musician’s stage energy, improvisations, and technical mastery, the night left a lasting impression on the audience’s memory.
